app does not work, keep telling me I'm not connected to the internet, which i am connected. I reinstalled the app nothing changed, this app needs an update!!!! I installed the app from the website still don't work

update 12/30/2025. as of this latest update logging in doesn't work. it says unable to connect to network when trying to login. worked fine for several years, now this.... Update on 6-24-2016 fixed the connection issue on my slightly outdated phone. I like the new layout and will use the app at least monthly.

doesn't work. when i try to login, it tells me it can't connect to server, and to check my Internet. my Internet is fine. i can log on you the DTE website, just not the app.

1/6/26: app is not working. trying to pay bill, nothing loads. just a blue screen. completely uninstalled and reinstalled app, same issue. also, tried website and that does not work either. please help
