I like having instant access to my bill... however I recently received a letter stating my bill was gonna be higher because dte is chosing to bill us that way... during winter the worst season your company decided to bill your customers higher by adding days or whatever the exscuse was.. I'm a single mother of four I live paycheck to paycheck I work my butt off to be sure my bills are paid on time and I just wanna say thanks alot for making a choice that is gonna make my life harder!!!!
