They use personalised pricing. After the first year, when it is cumbersome to change, they will charge you the amount that based on their data is just at the edge of what you are willing to pay

And one day, it just would not let me stop a task. Timer is now on 14 hours, I can't start a new task because I'm not an admin. This is too far gone for a solo dev contractor.
