I am trying to create a profile. Something happened as I attempted to upload a picture. It would not upload. It's stuck on that screen. It won't let me upload. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice. Restarted my phone. Nothing works.

New User Experience I genuinely really like the amount of questions they ask when setting up your account and profile, a lot of them seem good for really narrowing down the number of matches to find quality matches. I definitely understand this is a new app so I'm not taking any points away for the amount of people on. My only criticism is that I wish there were MORE ways to filter after the account is created. Currently it's only Age, Distance and Denomination. Could use more.

Good support and noble intent, but the user experience is poor. The app seems designed to mask a small user base not provide quality matches. I regularly see inactive profiles (2-3 years old), and it recycles people I’ve already "liked" back into my feed. Furthermore, the filtering is incredibly weak. You can't filter by kids, marriage history, or habits—standard features elsewhere using data we already provided. It feels like a personal project, not a serious platform. I can't recommend it.

substandard customer service. customer service doesn't return email requests. if the email you signed up with no longer works, they fail to acknowledge an email from another email account and provide a remedy for the situation. very poor.
