Unusable. It's almost like they designed it to be impossible to use. Could it function like every other viewer ever made?? Nah. Let's make it so you can only zoom to hilarious presets. Zoom to page width and scroll down? No way, lets make that turn the page. Scale the text size? Nope, lets change the size of the app gui. Would sure seem like this frustration is going to cause people to NOT READ the text and just cheat on the quizzes to get certs. Miserable experience, makes ACE look like a joke.

This entire ACE library feature is absolute garbage. Pictures of the book? Really?? They are blurry when zoomed in, clunky attempting to navigate from page to page and not to mention the 25 different books they list in there. The online reader for their website is even worse and will not load half the time. Absolute garbage, stay away from this cheap, greedy organization.

I can't believe I just paid $150 for this mess!!! This ebook is not user friendly at all, it is very clumsy!!! I have it on my laptop, AND on my phone... and it's Horrible trying to read it!!! If you guys don't get somebody to fix this, I will NEVER buy another thing from you again!!!

Challenging to use on a phone. Text is small, when you zoom in you can't scroll. If you only have phone it's going to be difficult... I've also used on iPad which is better but far from perfect.

Not user friendly at all. You cannot make the text larger to easily read. They should partner with vital source, kindle, or some other third party reader that actually works. Or at least make the hard copies a reasonable price if you have the digital version.
