I am a pro lifetime account since year 2019. But somehow I cannot seem to transfer to a new device. And I cant seem to login in a new device. I am 100% confident that I use this email. Suddenly Peak doesn't recognise my email, hence I can't login to my new device. Very disappointed, because I have supported y'all when you were new. Sort of. I have contacted support. I hope this will get resolved soon.

I suspect the app massively ramps up difficulty in the final daily free game specifically to frustrate players so they feel motivated to buy a subscription and get more tries. Very manipulative design for what would be an otherwise cool app.

Paid for 12 months, still can't get on, customer service says that I need to give them a more detailed receipt that I can't find. They continue to talk down to me. I'm not sure what other people are experiencing with this company, but the way they are treating me is eating up my time and really aggravating. I've sent them screen shots of my purchase history, but that's not good enough. I guess go with one of the many other 'brain training games'.
