Terrible after update 1.15.5. You can only use "reading mode" until you verify your age??? how is this a chatting, talking app when you can't do either of those things? Misleading, unreliable, and no good until this is removed

to be honest, I liked Character ai before all of the updates. now with the addition of ads to the mobile version, as well as age verification now, that has killed my love for it. I do not want to have share my personal info even if it's just to verify that I'm 18+. that is dangerous and suspicious of the devs to ask of this. additionally, the limit of an hour for chatting as well as the reading mode contributed to me deleting my account as well.

I used to love this app but the devs just simply dont listen. They keep adding useless features and changing things nobody wants changed. They don't listen to feedback. I feel like theyre adding all these updates to try to make their reviews go up, but maybe if they actually listened to what their users wanted it would be higher. I liked it better when the devs werent so money hungry, just always update update update that nobody asks for. This app has so much potential and yet the devs ruin it.

everything is amazing why can't the verification changes to date of birth instead of face scanning is it i like it change you change it now it even started to ask for government id proof too be careful none of the other apps ask these kind of things
