I would give zero stars if that were an option. The app constantly glitches after episodes, with poor video quality and frequent audio issues. I even emailed a complaint, but when asked to record proof, the screen turns blank. Support replies feel generic and unhelpful. Character names and actors change mid-series, and some shows are marked complete but aren’t. The subscription is no longer worth it after using it once
