They have the worst customer service I have faced. The bot didn't get the query and was shown again & again the Menu button to select query even I explained it clearly. Worst and most pathetic experience is purchasing the plan of the Sony LIV app, even though it's hardly using the app but the content and shows are missing in the app also there is no one to resolve the query. Bad customer care service. I am wondering there are no India's cricket matches on this platform then why subscriptions.

Banners show Dolby Atmos for very few content and those too are fake. Does not even play 5.1 audio, even with paid premium subscription. Sony app is no where near other services. Extremely bad customer service. Episodes stop midway and move to the next one. Too many ads. I guess they're not bothered about anything because some of the content is good. Don't waste your money on paid subscription.!!
