we bought tickets 3 days ago and they said they would be delivered the day of the arron lewis concert the day came and we waited for the confirmation email we drove an hour in half to the venue our tickets never came so called customer support they sent me link to get new tickets or refund and it wouldn't give me option for new tickets only refund waste of a night and my time now need to wait for my refund will never use this site again

I bought Bad Bunny tickets on StubHub a month in advance for a Brazil concert. On the event day, I was told tickets were ready via QUENTRO, but never received them. QUENTRO confirmed they do not work with StubHub. Despite contacting StubHub before the concert, I was denied a refund. Very disappointing experience. Do not waste your time. Avoid StubHub if possible.
