This was my first experience with SubHub. I never received my tickets for the ballgame and was not able to attend. StubHub does not control actual delivery of tickets. Their customer service team adheres to a troubleshooting process that became apparent after my third interaction to get the ticket issue resolved. In the end they honored their guarantee and I was refunded my full purchase price without any hassle. If I were to use them again I would stay away from the mobile transfer option.
