تطبيق جيد إلين تواجهك مشكلة تكتشف أسوأ تواصل مع العملاء وأسوأ سياسة مع العملاء وتكره نفسك واليوم الي طلبت فيه. مع العلم مشترك بلس من سنين وأطلب أقل شيء مرة إذا مو مرتين في اليوم. بس الحمدلله اليوم بعد التواصل مع خدمة العملاء ألغيت اشتراكي. تجربة لن أكررها. بجرب كيتا

The service is completely unreliable. Orders show up with vague updates and zero real visibility on what’s actually happening. The tracking system feels like a placeholder, no clear status, no meaningful timeline, and no accountability. The most disappointing part? The helpline. Instead of solving the issue, they just keep pushing time. “Please wait 10 minutes.” :(

اسوء خدمة عملاء ممكن تتعامل معهم ، طلبت طلب وجايني اغراض خطأ بالأخير يقولي الوصف من المطعم ونحن مالنا دخل، وجايني الطلب متأخر وكاتبين تواصل مع خدمة العملاء عشان يعوضوك، تروح خدمة العملاء يقولك لازم ربع ساعة، ازبل تطبيق ممكن تستخدمه لو فيه اقل من نجمة عطيته لكن ما اقول الا حسبي الله عليكم بس. لي فوق ال١٠ ايام ألاحق وراكم عشان تحلون مشكلتي تجون الحين تبون تحلونها خلاص انسو اصلا حذفت نطبيقكم وخل التعليق موجود هنا عشان تعرف الناس كيف نظامكم

they propose a delivery time then after 30 minutes they change it by delay of 30 min of the original estimated time and the mention it as a slight delay and sent an apology notification for only 5 minutes delay. I had a chat with their support agent who has mentioned it is already out for delievrry after the delay an closed the chat ignoring the above main issue. evaluation was raised on the app already and I am waiting to see if they will consider it.
