Absolute dogwater update. When you choose the happy hour reward, you have to scroll through a dropdown that includes every drink and every size in a seemingly random order now. Furthermore, the app defaults to google pay despite the fact that I have never used google pay. there is no way to change the default payment method. I will stop going to sonic if they continue to make their app frustrating to use.

the latest update sucks worse than all the rest put together. now they require you to enter your phone number. And the format is very clumsy. They also make it very hard to find the half price drink reward. The lastest update sucks. It is slow, clumsy, and, keeps trying to send my order to the wrong store . Ugh.....

tryn to place my order on the checkout page & it tells me transaction can't be completed please try again even tho my card is good..jst used it at other places so I know nothin is wrong wit my card, I updated the app, tried uninstalling the app & reinstalling it didn't work after doin everything I could think of to do so I login on my husband phone & the order went through jst fine, I know it wasn't my phone cause we have the same kind of phone... guess it just didn't like me lol
