Saya melakukan pembelian menggunakan the harvest delivery, tujuannya agar lebih aman untuk menjaga kondisi kue jika dikirim oleh kurir internal, biaya lebih mahal dibanding gosend (17.000), grab express (21.231), the harvest delivery (30.000). pengiriman dengan gosend dan grab express bisa dari the harvest terdekat, tapi kalau dengan the harvest delivery dikirim dari the harvest yang lebih jauh sekitar 10 km ke tujuan. tapi kenapa malah dikirim menggunakan gosend ? maaf ini mengecewakan.

pesan via app ini, untuk hari yg sama di pkl 19:00. untuk kirim ke saudara. besok jam 11, coba telp ke saudara tanya soal kiriman. belum ada cake nya. call hotline. tidak bisa wa, tidak bisa, yg jawab mesin terus, template. IG... ternyata banyak keluhan sama, no respon for call and WA. pasrah saja. Harvest tidak ada info keterlambatan, tdk ada update info. bayangkan jika kita kirim ke orang dan tdk terkirim. Semoga ada perbaikan. terpaksa info disini...tidak ada sarananya..semoga manajemen baca

saya memesan lewat app dan sudah 1 jam tidak dapat driver (dari wisma bni 46) namun tidak ada solusi yang dapat diberikan sampe saya pusing sendiri cari call center untuk urus pesanan saya ini dan akhirnya pesanan tidak terkirim. sungguh menyedihkan. tolong pihak pengelola app dan penerima pesanan MEMPERBAIKI KINERJA. pesanan sudah 1 jam terkendala tolong dicarikan solusi bukan didiemin aja.
