Pesanan gak sampai2, dicek via telp katanya sudah dikirim. 45 menit kemudian, baru direspon via whatsapp kalau pesanan BELUM DIKIRIM sama sekali & dilempar lagi ke tim lain. Aplikasi tidak bisa tracking, CS tidak jelas, konsumen yg rugi. Pesan langsung via Gojek & Grab juga merugikan karena harganya jauh lebih mahal. Cancel pun tidak bisa, uang terbuang percuma & barang tidak pernah sampai. Terima kasih sudah diingatkan kembali alasan kenapa dulu berhenti beli di Harvest!
