Didn't have issues with the app until recently. Tried scanning the receipt to get points and get the error: "loyalty checkin using barcode failed with error". The same issues happens when you put the code in manually. When you try scanning again it would say that you cannot use the same receipt again. Even if 24 hours passed between purchases, the problem is still there. Needs to be fixed!

Randomly quit working because it says it is no longer compatible with my device. I guess I just literally can't order thru my rewards acct, can't access my earned points, etc anymore. Very disappointing,

"Loyalty check-in using bar code failed with errors." is the message I receive when trying to upload a receipt. If you try to scan again, it says the receipt has already been used. The staff in the store say they continue to get complaints on this issue.

Our system allows up to two scans within a 24-hour period to keep your account safe When you visit a café simply show your QR code in the app at the register to scan and earn points. My last several receipts do not scan they only say that they've previously been scanned but have the previous point total i had before I purchased anything.

I have used this app recently and today it says that it's "not compatible with my device anymore". No heads up or anything. I am using the Samsung s10e. Will this issue be addressed soon?
