It really feels like the programmer has never used the app. Many things are not at all intuitive. For example say you want to add an item you previously ordered and highly customized. You would go to previous orders. Then you can't add more items to the order. So you either have to make two orders and the app takes forever on the second one. Or you have to remember the order you want skip the reorder window and start from scratch. Just play around with the app and figure out the small things.
