Reveri: AI relief for pain APP Download

Reveri: AI relief for pain is an innovative app designed to help you naturally manage pain, reduce stress, improve sleep, and break unwanted habits through scientifically backed, AI-guided self-hypnosis. Developed by Dr. David Spiegel from Stanford University, this app brings over 45 years of clinical research right to your fingertips for fast and effective results.

Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, anxiety, or simply want to enhance your mental clarity, Reveri offers personalized hypnosis sessions tailored to your brain style. These short, interactive sessions adapt in real-time to your feedback, making your experience unique and effective in as little as ten minutes. Trusted by over a million users, the app promises relief that is both natural and clinically proven.

The app is easy to use, with guided voice prompts and a science-based approach rather than gimmicks. It supports various needs, including pain management, sleep improvement, stress reduction, smoking cessation, and behavior change. Although it requires basic registration, the personalization and progress saving features add value to the experience.

Despite high praise for its helpfulness and user-friendly design, some users have expressed concerns about subscription costs, data privacy, and occasional technical frustrations. The app offers a 7-day free trial, but you should be aware that it is a subscription-based service with in-app purchases ranging widely in price.

Overall, Reveri is a strong choice for those seeking a natural, science-backed method to improve mental and physical wellbeing, although it may not be suitable for everyone.

This app does not function at all. I cannot get it to actually play the session it just stays stuck on the loading screen. super frustrated and disappointed. glad it came with a free trial I would be livid if I paid for this. I wish I could give this app negative stars trying to use this before bed put me into the worst mood and destroyed my sleep. mission accomplished guys. edit: it's not a connections issue. I tested my Internet connection over WiFi and mobile data everything else works.

I gave a paid subscription a second chance after a few years and was disappointed. The subscription price is absurdly high for what's available here. The content is ... fine but a lot of it uses the exact same intro and outro and the main contents feel like a fill-in-the-blank. The sessions are also quite short. They're also pushing an interactive talk feature which (presumably uses AI) and is a big turn off for me.

Developer Response

Hi Pete, thanks for giving Reveri another try and for the honest feedback. We're expanding our content library and improving session variety. The session format reflects what Dr. Spiegel has found most effective across 50+ years of clinical practice and the interactive feature is optional, so you can stick with guided sessions if you prefer!

Worst app I've ever tried. Complete nonsense. Look up to the ceiling, breathe in, breathe out, and your hand floats.. Is there a single person in the world who actually believes they're floating somewhere? Complete and utter waste of time.

Version: 3.94

Developer Response

We're sorry to hear it wasn't a good experience. The arm raising exercise is a well-established clinical technique used by Dr. Spiegel to create a sense of buoyancy and lightness to help shift your focus inward; you're not meant to believe you're floating. Hypnotic response does vary from person to person, and we're sorry it wasn't a great fit.
