I take medication to sleep. However i still wake up kinda groggy. I realized i needed to track my sleep to figure out why i sometimes felt groggy in the morning. did some research, turns out, im falling asleep at a bad time and waking up before my rem sleep cycle has finished. Ive used this app once so far and i really enjoy it. Im not a fan of the paywall. (even though is super cheap). every sound recorded is behind a paywall :,) other than that i love it.

don't get to use any of the features I was looking for without a subscription and unfortunately I can't prioritize a subscription at this point in my life. only used it 1 night, will not be using the app again. also said I only slept 1hr 54min... but I woke up from a dream during a time it said I was already awake for 2hrs... cant say I was very happy with it. did look like there were some nice features to help you sleep, didnt look around much, but did play a lovely flute for a bit.
