Sweat has been the first workout app I ever used. I started following Kayla Itsines on instagram back in the day and it is what got me into working out to begin. For that I will always be grateful. Kayla made it seem possible. I started at home because I was shy about sweating in public or looking silly and later moved on to the gym and weights. To this day when I don’t have time to go to the gym I still like to use this app to get a little movement in and get my heart rate up. Great community

Im enjoying the workouts and being able to track workouts and weight being used. I would love to see more of a hormone health focus, like cyclical exercise routine to align with the menstrual phases - if you could track your cycle in the app alongside the chosen workouts with them adapting to your cycle it would be amazing. Also nutritional meals to support hormone health - there really isn't anything like that on the market in Australia that I've found to do everything women's health on one ap
