let me begin by saying setup was extremely easy since this was the second time Yes the second setup for the same AC The customer service rep made it extremely easy even after I didn't have the receipt I have the manual but, if you remember a few key things about the or during purchase of the AC and only you would know makes it pretty easy, long as you have that model number and serial number and your email you pretty much good to go just my two cent I really appreciate customer service D
