Great baby monitor if you have a spare smart phone! Does more than most expensive monitors although can't do video at night as it uses the phone's camera. It's fantastic for such a cheap price! update: April 2026 This app is still great, bit recently it has been saying my phone has a weak signal and not displaying the video on the parent monitor. Both baby and parent mo itors are up to date.

Tried this app with high hopes but it didn't deliver and I ended up removing within 48hrs. The "music" function was very poor. could start it, but then couldn't stop it not adjust the volume in small increments was just loud or quiet with neither appropriate and was impossible to stop without closing and reopening app. Night camera was non existing, putting light on was blinding. kept getting "audio only" for some reason.. just a lot of bugs, unhappy I spent money on this.

after last update, the app doesn't run in the background. in other words, you have to let both of your devices (parent and baby) in your home screen not LOCKED! in order to keep the app running. otherwise, you will not be able to hear your baby.

Running in the background is of course still supported but some devices and some android versions kill apps aggressively when they are in the background.
