A bit clunky, you move the buttons around to your preference, they don't stay. The UI has a lot of steps to it, press function here, enter pin there, why do I need to enter a pin when I have already 2 factor authenticated. Why do I need to do that to pre-heat the car, cray cray. It could be better.

Buttons rearrange by itself. Putting them back is a pain as they have a mind of their own. Charging does not auto update. Has a few features though like turning on climate or locking unlocking car. That's it. I'm guessing may be a single high school pass-out is working on this app for the whole world.

app is rarely accurate, my car has been on the charger for the last hour and my app says it us not charging, odometer is never correcf update, Jan 2026 on the new trial for the app, charge status still not accurate, car is plugged in, before plugging in it showed 100% even though the car was not at that, now it says needs charging attention and shows 0% system is definitely not worth paying for

The positives: - The app successfully locks and unlocks my car, pops the trunk, and turns on climate control (remote start basically). The negatives: - When using the app to check the charge status percentage, it usually says that the charge status was updated but the information in the app doesn't change. - When attempting to use the app to purchase the wifi plan, I am unable to add a payment method and thus unable to buy the plan. - Bonus: my 2025 500e doesn't have adaptive cruise control...
