Hi，Thank you for your feedback. Please turn off your phone's Bluetooth function, wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on. Are these light bulbs installed on a three-way switch or a dimmer switch? It is recommended to install the light bulb in a regular power switch socket in another environment and then test its working condition.

constant issues. apps like this should. not exist. having to use a 3rd party app go connect device to another app. it's too much. too many points of failure. constant connection issues things never stay working

I've been using a smart bulb attached with this smart app for the last 4 to 6 years and it works flawless, it's actually one of my favorite ones regardless of newer versions of other brands because once the schedule is set regardless of my network reception, it has an internal memory. so it will turn on, change colors and turn off at whatever times are set in the schedule. it's unfortunate that the light bulbs to use with this app are no longer available online where I purchased my Smart bulb.
