app still not working well. takes 5 10 minutes just to get the app to find the machines. regular coin machines would work 100x better

this app is nothing more than a giant waste of money and resources and CSC is preforming illegal actions to shove this down our throats. the apartment that I reside at had their machines updated and this app was thrusted onto us tenants and the owners against our will. do you self a favor and don't use this actual crime against the common person

If your at a facility with these machines dont use them. The kiosk took my $3 and didn't start the machine. Hotel staff could do anything because these are 3rd party machines. I then downloaded the app, and started the washer, they gave me a $5 credit. washer was $3. I had $2 left of that credit. I came back to start the dryer, that $2 was gone, I had to add funds. the lowest amount was $10. To start the dryer was $3. Took my money with no services rendered, and I will have $7 sit in the app.
