It's a great app. I just wish there was a way to report surveys that screen you out AFTER you answered all the questions. Like I've gotten to the very end and suddenly gotten screened out which feels really scummy

The points you receive are valid, but so many surveys have glitches its hardly worth it. I'll go through an entire 10 minute survey and finish up, just to have an error pop up and I don't get the points I'm due. It's super frustrating. Contacting customer service doesn't change a thing either.

A couple of surveys were successful and I got the full points for some of short low point surveys. however, alot of the surveys will ask pre questions then say things like do you consent to the survey making it seemed like you started the official survey. Then ask you ten minutes worth of questions then say "the next questions dont apply to you, here is 3 points". They wont give you all the points. After you answered a whole list of survey questions. That's a rip off and taking advantage.

One thing about this app that I like is unlike other survey apps, you can instantly cash out any earnings instead of waiting 48 hours. Update: Twice I completed an entire survey, I watched videos of episodes and answered all of the questions. I spent 45 minutes on the surveys and was told at the end after completing that I did not qualify. I wasted my time completing these surveys and when I wrote to support, I was told it happens. I noticed for higher paying surveys, there is always an issue.
