Tile: Making Things Findable APP Review

Tile: Making Things Findable is a handy app by Life360 designed to help you keep track of your valuables such as keys, wallets, and more. Using small Bluetooth trackers, the app aids in locating misplaced items both nearby and remotely, bringing peace of mind to users who often misplace their belongings.

The app offers several practical features, including the ability to ring your Tile when it’s within Bluetooth range or use voice commands via Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant for smart home compatibility. When your items are out of Bluetooth range, Tile’s map feature shows the most recent location of your things. You can even double press the Tile button to make your phone ring, even when it’s on silent mode.

Tile enhances the finding experience by allowing users to enlist the help of the Tile Network. If your Tile-enabled device gets lost, others can scan the QR code on your Tile to contact you. Integration between Tile and Life360 accounts also enables tracking on Life360 maps, consolidating location info for family or group tracking.

For even greater peace of mind, Tile offers Premium plans that add useful features like Smart Alert notifications for left-behind items and item reimbursement if lost and unrecoverable for US subscribers. New users can try these plans free for 30 days before committing to a subscription.

Overall, Tile is a reliable and modern solution for those looking to keep track of their belongings with the convenience of Bluetooth technology and community-powered location assistance.

Can no longer "find" the Tile Slim (2022) all it says it can do is "notify when found." Utterly useless now.
