I got phased out by an update but the customer support was good. They issued me a partial refund as the app became not compatible with android 10 anymore. I enjoyed the app and I'm sad to have to switch. Its really been a 5 star app, other than kind leaving me hanging in the e mails about the refund for a bit before it went through and compatibility issues I've had no complaints. 4 stars out of protest for my situation but honestly don't let that sway you negatively if you're able to use it.

Unfortunately like many others I will not use this app any longer as the subscription cost is ridiculous. I used to use the app as a great offline map, a map to save routes and, find and plan new ones, but the price is crazy. If it was a one time payment or a reasonable yearly fee I would continue using it but it just doesn't make sense with the current price.

Outside has competetly ruined this once incredible service. Will not be renewing. I've had an issue with black squares appearing or layers not loading (for months now) when trying to use certain layers making them worthless. Support is non existent Don't trust it in the wilderness anymore.
