New app is trash. Keeps saying jukebox is offline (it's not). Removed 2 free fast passes from the loyalty program. New loyalty isn't as good.

Hi there, The jukebox operates through an internet connection to sync with the app. In instances where the jukebox loses internet connectivity, the app and jukebox lose communication, and the location status appears as "Unavailable" in gray. However, users can still directly play music on the jukebox since it doesn't rely on an internet connection.
