As others have said, purchased new born photos and was told we received a free trial. I cancelled immediately but wasn't aware that they signed both me AND my wife up so she gets a charge for $36 three months later. Poor business practice.

-As new parents of three children aged 4 and under, I didn't even have time to use any of the services. I do appreciate the text message reminders. Through the military, we have a similar program that is free.-To unsubscribe, go to your email and search for "Joy Parenting." It should be the email that says "Your free trial ends soon," and you can go through the unsubscribe process from there yourself. I hadn't got refunded. I have not heard from customer service. I contacted the site
