I love this app. However, I find it very difficult to understand what the settings mean. I'm just guessing and not doing a great job. I have used this app for many years but can only guess at what I'm doing Where can I get help describing the meaning of the settings menu so that I may apply them in a better way for the best results. Again, I don't understand what the different settings mean and the results that are achieved by the settings.
