thanks for the reply but that setting is only for pro which I will only consider AFTER I know 4 sure it's actually worth it! I don't pay for things before I'm actually sure it's going to do the job i need it for. basically your offering something I can't ensure is right until after I pay money for it which is to much of a risk considering I'm low income disabled creating images to sell. I can't afford to pay to TRY an app to ensure it's going 2 do exactly what I need before I can know for sure!

Sorry for the frustration! By default, the app caps the "Max Output" at 16MP to be mobile-friendly. To fix this, please go to the app Settings and change the Max Output to 64MP. If you still need help, reach out to feedback@nero.com!

??? when I first downloaded it, it worked amazing, cleared up my photo with no issue. then I clicked save photo, and it said "saved!" but didn't save. i even told my phone to backup all photos to see if it was hidden in a device folder and nope, just straight up didn't save. So I went back into the app to try again, and now it's not doing anything at all. It doesn't look as good as it did the first try at all, it's literally doing straight up nothing. Nothing whatsoever.
