used this app for 3 yrs.. paid subscription. EVERY year at some point all my files would go missing. The thing happened a few months ago and I needed help finding all my files so I contacted the administrator. They take days to reply and every time they do they give you some difficult task to perform that never works. Finally I gave up and now I have 100+ GB of Lost data because once you put a file,pic,video in the app they.basically lock it and you can't unlock it unless the app allows it

Was good, however now I can't get into my locked album. I did the password recovery and it's telling me my password is the same thing I been entering the whole time, so I'm not sure what's wrong.
