Highly recommend this app. Been woken up by Radio Alarm Clock ÷ for many years. Interface is a little dated but l have come to enjoy its funkiness. Once you get used to it, it works like a charm. lf your streaming service of choice or internet connection fails (like mine this morning - thanks OPB) there is a backup musical alarm that is sufficiently annoying without being unpleasant to drag you from slumber. Worth way more than the asking price. What's not to like?

Disappointing. I uninstalled recently due to phone storage issue. Reinstalled today and the radio stations I used to have favourited have vanished completely - I can't find them to re-add at all. Absolutely no point in having it now. Such a shame as I really used to like how it worked. I'm also concerned there's an option in alarm settings to "try to suppress first commercial at alarm time" - what does this mean? You might wake up to the 'pleasant' sound of an advert?!

Developer Response

The app got a new (third party) database last August. The number of stations grew from 4k to nearly 50k with that update. You can add stations manually if they are not there (settings, add station manually). If you need help, send a mail. - Ad suppression simply mutes the alarm for 30 seconds, in case the station plays an annoying ad initially.

Best app ever. The internet was disconnected this morning and the alarm still went off with a pleasant tune, was a great way to wake up all considering. I have been using this app on and off for years and I still love it. well worth it! Many years ago I requested they add a station and within days there it was and still is today. Amazing customer experience.
