Honestly, my experience with Jiji hasn’t been good. I’ve noticed they only seem to boost your ads when they’re about to expire. They keep calling me to upgrade to attract more buyers, even when my promotion hasn’t finished. After paying, nothing really changes. Then when it’s time to renew, the calls start again. I had to block the number because of the constant pressure. It’s frustrating to spend money and see little to no buyer interest.

Your platform will be one of the best-selling platforms if you could do the following. 1. When we pay for our ads, kindly direct traffic to the right locations. Nobody pays for clicks. But for conversion. Customer service personnel could use some training. It's bad. Have them leave notes about previous conversations with customers. it's irritating to keep saying the same thing to several customer service personnel. it sends the message that you're all about money and not customer satisfaction.
