I just want to know who owns this app. all was great till got up a thousand then they locked my acct cause they said I had wrong password. not possible cause it was auto on my phone. guess I will see who shows up in court to represent them. really to bad cause I had alot of fun til I went to try to make withdrawal. that is exactly wen they locked me out.

worst experience in betting. I created an account and deposited my money. I placed my bets and then woke up to check my bets and my account was locked. Fan Duel made me re verify myself which I did with a selfie and scanned my license. Then my account was unlocked for an hour before they locked it again asking for the same thing. I then provided the information again then they email saying they need bank documents of the deposit so did that and still are refusing to unlock the account. 😡

this is approved me for an account. I deposit my money then place a bet. after my bet won I tried to log in and they blocked my account. Their customer service team said they couldn't give me details as it was blocked from a different department. So they stole my money and winnings. I'm being told by my attorney to file a complaint with the NC gaming police commissioner. This site is literally stealing my money and making up lies to steal the money.

All began great. Deposited $200. Bet $100 on golf, lost, no problem. My balance was now $100. FD app tells me I have up to $100 in Reward Pts called a Reset Bonus to use for a new bet (can't withdraw). I used $100 Bonus to make a new bet and lost, no problem, EXCEPT, FD took my remaining $100 in my account to pay for the lost bet, not the Bonus funds! False advertising and felt like I was scammed. Closed Acct. No live person to speak with, just a bot! Do not recommend Fan Duel to any one!

I would give them negative if possible.. the games are slow the casino is slow everything skips and when I reached out to them to tell them it was my worse casino experience they suspended my account... I highly recommend any other casino.. they are rude they are ignorant to the technical issues and they offer nothing..
