Receipts don't upload. Since the last update, the app has serious issues reading receipts and will often deny my receipts with reasons like "doesn't contain name, items or price" (even though all of those things are clearly present) or it can't read the date and will give the reason "only receipts within 30 days are eligible" even thought the date is clearly visible and within 30 days.

10 free amazon dollars a month in exchange for receipts plus money for surveys based off receipts only 4 stars as they lowered amount if placed accepted, the app always wants to go through re-set up every time it starts, no option to dispute a scanned receipt that it says invalid but actually matches whats valid

I'm not sure why but receipts that are eligible are being marked as ineligible by the system. I forwarded a Old Navy receipt and at first I got a error saying that it wasn't from the past 30 days which was incorrect because I made the purchase today so I resubmitted it for review. Now the system is saying that it is missing the proper information such as store, item code, amount, etc. Again everything is listed in the email so I'm not sure why it is being rejected.

Amazon intentionally rejects Walmart reviews every single time I forward my receipts to their email address. Amazon Shopper Panel used to be a 5 star app. Unfortunately, over the years Amazon became too greedy, stopped caring about her customers and once Trump was sworn in a second time it all became evident. Amazon Shopper Panel was once amazing and now y'all are actively R. Kelllying me. It is becoming increasingly clear that I will have to outright cancel my Amazon Prime account.
