I've had to change router and this app will not connect to hotspot, and "connect cloud failed" message appears leaving me with no means of monitoring battery. When it was working it was an unreliable App which drops out for no reason leaving me wondering how to fix it every time. Lost wifi connection on a regular basis and no help from Sigen as to how to change wifi signal. Ask for help and they'll send you yet another link to the user manual. Why would you hide the QR codes too?

Generally a great app to use on phone or tablet. I also like to use the Web UI on my PC which has also been good up until this last update where it will no longer save certain settings such as Dark theme which keeps going back to OS defaults(light). Some apps look good in light theme, this one does not. Please fix this. Fixed by allowing permanent cookie for the site.

Not getting all the 1 stars. Maybe im used to the App. The app is complex but only as much as you want it to be? The 1st page basically is all you need for monitoring. Been using AI for 2mths and i dont touch anything just let it do its think. The fact the App is getting updated often even shows they must be listening and sort out issues. I've seen some other apps and they are just ok/limited and probably get updated annually?? questions on Sig Chat usually have 5+ replies -Sig. users tells.
