Changed my pw. Couldn't login using the newly keyed-in pw. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Cleared Cache and Storage. Same issue, not resolved. What a waste.

I happen to register my load Feb 15 and that is good for one month, but why is the expiration Feb 14???? And there's no support available in the app Edited: All good probably best to add support in the app to nake it easier for inquiries

gives more inconvenience. tried reloading via app using creditcard as payment method, cc messaged me that payment was approved but in the smart app said payment failed. how inconvenient is that. no load was received.
