Asking me to pay more money so that your drives can be motivated to work... You guys are pathetic greedy trolls... Can't you just do business like a normal company and stop scamming your customers? Your drivers also constantly take different routes which increases the amount of money I have to pay. I've witnessed drivers increase the paying amount before they stop their machine. I've had drivers try to scam me by deliberately giving me less change while keeping the lights off in the car.. Greedy

We can only investigate specific trips made through the app, so please contact us through the Help Center in the app with the trip details. Quand on Insert notre destination, l'application nous propose plusieurs adresses en langue Bulgare, et là un grand problème ! on ne sait pas laquelle est la plus convenable. Il nous est arrivé au moins une fois que le taxi nous a ramené à une autre destination, on doit encore payer plus pour rejoindre la vraie destination 😥

Constantly overcharging, extending waiting times to double, drivers under the influence, no reaction from contacting the company. This is where all the kicked out of the other companies come. Avoid at all cost.
