For such a large corporation, this app is disappointing in so many ways. Its very slow to load, I wish there was a search function to find certain rides or popcorn stands; instead you must painfully scroll through the list wasting more of your time. And if you exit the app to reply to a text message , be prepared to wait all over again! Hopefully the dev team is reading this.... id give this app a 0/5 stars if I could. Once we finish our visit, rest assured this app is headed to the rubbish bins

Two years later and nothing has changed. Insane how long it takes for this app to start. App is atrociously slow, even in country. Not clear what rides are eligible for priority access with a vacation package. Map is difficult to use and switching between parks takes too much effort. Throw this app in the garbage and adapt the decent Disneyland or My Disney Experience app.

I like the app functionality - it lets me manage the experience. What I don't like is how much battery it draws and the anxiety this creates over the course of the day. It appears to be running a 3D render of the park.

One of the worst apps I've ever used. The design and implementation is absolutely horrible. The page load errors waste a good deal of your day. The app is not intuitive and there are whole sections that add no value. They need a weekly user guide of how to use the app in the current state, as Disney keeps changing which fast passes, priority, DPA, 40th anniversary, "entry request" of the day they'll use. The map flips and rotates if you accidentally navigate too close to the neighboring park.
