I've been a PRO usr for yrs. When it works, useful. The srvc is supposed to autoparse trip plans sent by email. That often FAILS; even from 'wellknown' vendors (e.g., AirBNB). Manual (re)entry is required. Filing a SUPPORT TICKET -- the ONLY way to contact! -- gets NO response. Not after days/weeks, on multiple tickets. If you don't care it doesn't work, & are good with support's non-response: +1. Otherwise, re-think spending a (further) dime. TONE-DEAF response here? "SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET".

I tried to log in and "An unexpected error occurred" is all it says, every time. I can log into Tripit on the website, but the app keeps failing. I even tried resetting my password, which was just a waste of time because the app still won't log in.

Even with Pro, app does not tell you the gates of your departures. The pro maps and not too useful in finding restaurants and lounges. I was using Kayak until they started deleting duplicate itineraries. Sometime I book 2 flights to give myself options and TripIt let you see both.

It used to be an excellent app, but is now mostly invasive malware. I can not use the app without being harassed to let it have access to my email. I am uninstalling and going back to manual planning.
