The app did not work for the entire week (12/2-12/8) that we stayed at Viva Fortuna. I was unable to book restaurant reservations or view the daily activities. Since everything in the resort is dependent on the app, it had a significant impact on our stay. The resort is nice and the staff tried to help, but all they could do was try to book things for us in the app which I can do on my own.

The app stops downloading at 39% on both phones that we have with us at the hotel. We can't access the programs or make reservations to restaurants. It's awful...the staff doesn't know how to help us.

The app made managing our stay very easy. The only thing I find a good l bit unfortunate was that the activities of the kids club could not be viewed on the active day. Really seems like a bug, since this is probably one of the most interesting bits of information for families with small children.
