Paying 10.99$ for only 3 days use isn't fair, i feel cheated by HotPlayer Pro. i have paid the yearly fee on the 8th of February 2026. ( the money was taken from my banque account, and the app was working fine for 3 days) . Today the 11th of February 2026. I 'm surprised the app stoped working, and asking me to purchase again 1 year activation. i don't know how to fix this problem. how can i contact your customers service. please this 🙏.

I purchased app n found that it accepts only one playlist at a tine n not second. Say I uploades a playliat through web, first one will work but when I upload second one, the first one vanishes n second one works. They say 3 playliata can work simultaneously but they don't. I had to to uninstall the app. There is no support. I written them email n also requested through their web help system but no reply. Pathetic app, don't buy.
