I am a new player with around 400 matches, but the matchmaking system constantly connects me with players who have 15,000–22,000 matches and very high trophy counts. There is no beginner protection in normal modes. Even when I use a legend without upgrades, I am matched against fully upgraded and highly experienced players. This creates a large power and skill gap, making it very difficult for new players to compete or improve. The game is fun,but the matchmaking system needs serious improvement

although it was really fun before since you get to play who you wanted to play as but with the update of changing how you get characters, its just way too grindy, when i made a new account(last one was gone thanks to it being a guest) i felt disappointed at just how far one character is not to mention the fact that in order to get her i have to unlock previous characters that i wont even use

The game has a good and simple gameplay with very nice graphics. In the latest update the Devs have made the game worse by reducing the game modes and reducing the value of the paid pass by removing certain rewards like skins. With the limited game modes, some of your heroes become unplayable (some heroes do better in different modes in my opinion).
