it forces you to watch three minute ads with promises of diamonds and OTHER REWARDS and then never gives you the rewards. al definitely a pay to play game so DoNOTWASTEYPUR TIme you literally have to pay to play this game. you have to be lol 12 to "build a breeding center" but lvl 15 to actually have it up to lol 2 at which to use. it's constantly like that yet the th8ngs to lol up cost up to 30 dimands. the game play verses pay play is wacked beyond belief. don't give your $ to a German13yrold

You get 1 diamond for every 10 ads. That's clearly written in the game. If you don't want to watch the ads, you don't have to. ;)

Fashion Boutique is a fun concept and if quest related to it is completed offers some fun rewards. Would like more options that are more androgynous, i.e. a girl could have short hair and a baseball cap on. Absolutely ADORE the new Nocturnal House!

greatest design team in games. great fun stories and characters that represent everyone without pushing any politics of either side. Great story arcs and events. game play that is fun that rewards effort just as much as money if not more. No stressful battles, super hard match 3s, just taking care of animals and completing breeding collections. thank you Upjers for clearly caring. highly recommend if you like animals or collecting stuff. updates frequently with new stuff, bugs fixed quickly.

hi I have tried your support team over and over for the past 6 years,and no one is helping. I have been locked out of my account since 2019, for fraud, which I don't understand being the money was refunded back. I have hundreds of dollars invested in my zoo and after 6 years of not being able to get into and see it after all the money I've spent is ridiculous. please please fix my account. I love this game and I miss my animals. thank you please help me! wrong I never cancelled anything

If you cancel a payment and the ordered diamonds have already been used in the game, of course the account gets banned. As long as you're not willing to pay the outstanding amount of money, it stays that way. You can't buy a bread, eat it and then take the paid money back either.
