the game is good but in some levels unless you take the hints even if you are correct it will not accepted

I've been playing this game since the summer, on and off..I've never played a game so consistently not spent money on until I found this game. anyway, I finally reached level 445 and decided to update it bc for some reason, this level stopped working at the last puzzle🙄... I'll just say I was better off sticking with the pre-updated version & having to pay 2 keys to skip to the next level....now my level STILL doesn't work AND I have to watch ads? I'm bothered.🤦🏾‍♂️

Thank you for reaching out, In Level 445, first collect the clue paper for the final puzzle. It explains two levers: the left controls the outer layer and the right controls the inner layer. Adjust the green buttons as per the clue, fix the puzzle first, then use the levers to change red to green. Click the left door button to exit.
