way too many open ended puzzles, mass confusion and too many ads. you are forced to use clues which makes you spend real money.

constantly have to reset levels because when I collect one item another I've already collected goes poof... multiple levels. I've had to reset a good 4 levels if not more due to this. an example level 36... I had the pen for one of the clues... for some reason, it's now gone... and replaced with a screwdriver

In this game, in level 36, after using the pen in the notepad. It'll be hidden from the inventory. After using objects, they hide from the inventory; they are not needed further. All objects are hidden after use. If you are facing an object hiding in the wrong place, kindly share the screen recording in the mail. It'll be easier to sort this.
