I was playing this everyday for a long time and recently, despite regularly saving the game to the cloud, I had a glitch where I lost all of my tokens and all of my coins and was down to the starting amount. I'm only 2 months into a year long subscription, so I asked for a refund and was denied. Their responses are robotic and frustrating. *See? Robotic and frustrating response. I want my money back
