They let people say bad words and insult others... They don't care about many reports sent them... It's a player now called Ana (previous MANHATAN and Ruana) from S177 saying bad words and insults every day... Sent them many reports... And responded after many days that they can't do anything... When others were banned for less... It seems that they offer privileges to this player...
