Changed it to 1 star because of the story. In a game your character should be the hero, the star. But this game story makes your character weak insignificant a loser.

great well made game good , for expertly and excellent designed, and crafted, interactive world with so many customizable options 10000s of options, and still brand new game always being updated with interesting new experiences. I recommend this game as #1 and other Non idle Action MMORPG , " Once Human", as the two best out of 100s of games I've tried. literally the only frickin two games that is currently not supported by my current device, oh well a break is good anyway. 9.5/10

I am a mobile player. when are they increasing graphics on the game for newer phones? How does it make sense my older phone had access to higher graphics while my new one, which works MUCH better in performance, isn't allowed to? It won't even let me change my character's facial expressions with the live face scan. Us mobile users exist too, please pay attention to us.

Make the chest puzzles make sense. Every NetEase game I've played could be great if they just tried a little harder. Always something makes it a disappointment. -- Snowy Return Exploration quest, how can you release a game to an international audience with puzzle riddles that don't make sense unless you know Chinese written characters? So disrespectful to have players looking for answers online because they're foreigners to China.
