how is it that when I pull on a banner I don't get a single copy? this is outrageous... im now at 630 diamonds out of 900 and I still haven't gotten a single one! you guys need to fix the pull rate on these banners and fast! you will end up losing a lot of people this way! probably me included if this keeps up! FIX THE PULL RATE ASAP!

my past reviews were more on gameplay of which was a bit pay to win but the graphics and animations are absolutely amazing, it's generally a great game with amazing story and everything. Yes I'm lucky I have a few great characters and few favorites. Overall a great game just on the pvp and sometimes abit on new characters need work but overall it is fun and the mini games are quite nice. I do appreciate the reply and the effort the team does to balance the game and make it overall fun experience

id do some research on the event tou just did. I think someone hacked it and took all the rewards. in one day 600k gems were claimed..... yal better get on it. I barley play and yet someone had to hack rhe game and steal rhe rewards. there is no way 600k items were redeemed..... what a waste..
