horrible..and unfair.!! I lost my account linked to my Facebook account, now im having to start over and customer service is no help and I've spent real money on the game and not a little like hundred dollars + I want my account back or my money.!

it would be a great game if the non-stop ads stopped. every time I click on the screen another ad pops up! Also would be better if we didn't have to wait so long for the characters to finish their tasks

I like playing the game but having issues syncing devices. I play on laptop with Google play and on android phone. The characters are assigned tasks on one device but appear unassigned after using different device (after 20-30 mins).

Drop rate from chest utterly bs. Used diamonds to open Treasure chest 10 times and got same 3 star restaurant for 9 times and some other item 1 time but no 3 star character pulled for any of the times.
