Fix the bugs. Can't even get the new event to show up that we are suppose to be playing! Ugh!! and it won't update. it went all way to a new player. and won't give my progress back. I was on level 34 and now on 2? yeah this sucks!

I have tried on multiple times to try to get my old game reloaded on my new phone. Sent emails, (twice). I've tried their suggestion, and game tells me to download updated version. I can't even find that. And yes, I've look. I've uninstall and reinstall. Lost, levels again. I have never had this much trouble with getting my old game back as I have with this. I use to love playing, now it freezing up, blank screen with sound in the background. This game is connected to my Google. Help!!!
